How long does it take to receive a response?
We always aim to respond to your inquiries within 24 hours on business days.

What payment methods can I use?
You can pay using MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email includes your order number (5 digits), a summary of your order, and the delivery address.
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free; we cover the cost.
How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use it to follow your order and give special instructions to the delivery service if needed.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Our apologies! After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the order number. Your order will be shipped within 1–2 business days, followed by a track-and-trace email.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I changed my mind. What now?
Changed your mind? No problem. Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
You may open and try the product and still return it.
Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility.
I want to exchange the product. How do I do that?
You can exchange your order within 14 days of delivery for a new item. You may open and try the product before returning it.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
The replacement item will be shipped within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
My product arrived damaged. What now?

We’ll send a replacement free of charge within 7 days.

We’ll send the correct item within 7 days free of charge.

I want to cancel. What now?
Changed your mind? That’s okay.
If you cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, we will refund your payment within 14 days.
